The rocks look like they’re covered in velvet and the wild bushes painted on. The tide lines on the bottom of the shoreline of the lake are holding their own before fading out into the clouds reflected on the water. Contact me if you’d like to see more from this dessert series.
my process
I was raised in a family of woodworkers, where I learned how to work with wood and refinish furniture.
Which influenced my choice to hand mount archival prints onto wood. this technique creates a painting like depth and texture while maintaining the rawness of the outdoors.
