I used a different edging technique with this piece. I wanted to create an edge that went smoothly into the sides of the piece and you could view it from the front to make the piece seem like it was floating. 

This technique works really well but it’s incredibly time consuming. So it didn’t make sense to continue this style forward for all of my large scale pieces. So this became a one off sample piece. 

This is an archival print, hand mounted to wood, finished and ready to hang
